Payment
The payment method should be indicated when booking:
Cash upon receipt
Bank transaction
Credit card on site
By credit card when receiving a car
Fuel
The car should be returned with the same amount of fuel with which it was upon receipt.
Traffic Violations and Fines
All fines and administrative penalties are imposed on the Tenant.
Insurance and liability amounts
The rental price includes insurance - “C.D.W”:
The amount of liability for damage from 400 euros to 3,000 euros, depending on the category of car, plus VAT (24%).
Full CASCO - “F.D.W” (additional charge):
The amount of liability for damage to the car is reduced to zero or to a greater extent limits the amount of liability for damage to the car.
The following is not an insurance event and all liability lies with the car lessee:
damage during transport of a vehicle on a ship or platform
if it is determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs
in case of damage caused when driving on unpaved roads
in case of damage to the underbody, rims, tires, tires, mirrors, antenna and glass
in case of loss of personal belongings inside the car
in the event of an accident that occurred while driving a car by a driver not registered in the rental agreement
in case of loss or damage to the car key
in case of loss or damage to additional equipment
IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, DEPENDING ON THE PERSONALITY OF THE GUILTY, THE TENANT IS OBLIGED TO FILL IN THE APPLICATION OF ROAD ACCIDENT.
Cancel Reservation
In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 20 days before the rental, the amount of payment is 20% of the amount of the rental car.
Contract
Upon receipt of the car, a corresponding rental contract is signed containing the above terms and conditions.
